Machine description:

This washing machine is most commonly used and high efficient washing machine for cleaning recycled beverage glass bottles at present in China , it is simple operation, easy maintenance, economical and practical. Adopt high temperature hot alkaline soaking and clean with a strong high-pressure brush associated and then through backwash and drain technology, effectively solve recycled dirty reusable bottles cleaning problems. The equipment needs to be done by a combination of three machines according to the technological process , the entire process is automatic. The specific washing process is : recycling bottles need to be cleaned entered into transportation system by the vertically arranged via dial wheel coming into soaking machine, dial wheel interval pushed 10 bottles into the machine to soak, soaking machine interval movement dialing bottle inlet, the bottles accept soaking through spraying and high temperature hot alkaline water by soaking machine,soaking time is about 10 minutes, the bottles is soaked changes in the different temperature , this process can remove bottle label paper and precipitation dirt in the bottle ,the bottles is repeatedly soaked in the soaking machine coming into the outer brushing machine automatically  and accept outside bottle brushing machine washing and brushing the bottles, the bottles can directly enter into the rinsing and draining machine, where the inside of the bottle is injected into the warm water then accept the bottle brushing and cleaning for the second time, then through high pressure backwashing, then overturned and drained vertically into conveyor system and filling machine.
