If it is not due to improper operation, the equipment is guaranteed for 1 year.
The key components are not man-made damage, and are also guaranteed for 1 year or replacement of new accessories.
Processing precautions:
1.When the saw blade breaks during the cutting process, after the new saw blade is replaced, the workpiece must be turned over and re-sawed. When the saw bow is lowered, it should be slow and must not be impacted.
2.Metal band sawing machine operation and maintenance personnel must be professionally trained to master metal band sawing machine operation and maintenance skills. Workers should ensure adequate sleep and maintain concentration.
3.The band saw blade should be tight and the speed and feed rate must be appropriate. Double façade structure, stable operation; stable sawing and high precision; manual clamping by working clamping, easy to operate.
