1. Machine introduction of Commercial yogurt making machine:
This yogurt making machine is used to making yogurt from fresh milk or leavening agent.

It has 4 steps:Sterilization, fermenting, condensation and cold-storage.

 

1) Sterilization: Get ready the yogurt cups and doing sterilization

  

2) Fermenting. The yogurt material will be heated up to 39-45°C, and keep in this temperature 

    for about 3-10 hours. The yogurt is done.

  

3) Condensation. The yogurt is cooling down to around 18°C. It gets thicker and taste good.

  

4) Cold-storage. Keeping the yogurt in 15-18°C
