Q:What is your MOQ?
A:MOQ will be 10pcs. For customized designs, min. quantity will be 100pcs/design.
Q:Can make the logo engraved on the wood?
A:It`s no problems to make the customer`s logo engraved on the wood, but the min. quantity will be 100PCS.
Q:Can make customized inner box with printing?
A:It`s no problems to make customized inner box with printing as to customer`s design, but the min. quantity will be 500pcs.
Q:What`s the normal packaging?
A:Each set of the wooden gym will be packed in 1 inner box, then 20 boxes packed in 1 export cartons.It will protect the wooden play gym very well in 2 seperated packaging.
Q:Can get a sample?
A:Yes, sure. But the sample fee will be charged which will be refund after placing the orders.
Q:Can have customized order? Or with my own logo?
A:Yes,it`s no problems to make customized order but the quantity need to reach to required quantity.
Q:What`s the payment terms?
A:We can accept paypal payment for sample charge or small order. For big order, we accept T/T payment: 30% deposit while placing the order and 70% balance paid before shippment.
Q:What`s available shippment way?
A: The cheapest way for big quantity will be shipped by sea or by air. For small quantity, there are many courier service available such as UPS, TNT, FEDEX,DHL, EMS,SF EXPRESS,E-PACK Ect.
For big quantity, pls confirm with us for the freight cost, we will check the cheapest shipping ways for you!
Best Option for different weight of the goods for reference:
1)below 1.5kgs, E-pack is cheapest way but it take long time which will be about 15-30 days.
2)below 50kgs, EXPRESS such as DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX is fast way but expensive which will take about 5-9 days.
3)Above 100kgs, the best option is to send by sea(door to door service) or by train(door to door service). It will take about 20-25 days to USA, 40-45 days to European countries. The freight cost is cheap.
4)Above 1000kgs, the best option is to send by sea in LCL or FCL.
