- Conveyor Roller Dropping intensity
After experiments of horizontal and vertical drop of carrier roller, the following requirements should be met:
- All components and welded joints cannot be damaged or taken apart;
- Axial displacement of roller carrier after falling should be not more than 1.2mm;
- The body and bearing of carrier roller should never be loosing;
- The resistance to rotation should be not more than 1.5 times of the figure stipulated in table 1.
Roller Sealability in water
After revolving at the rate of 1450t/min for 24 hours in water, the water inflow of the carrier roller with non-contact seal device is not more than 150g.
