This machine is applied for labeling for round bottles with single labeling head. It increases productivity and improves the quality of packaging.
Operation manual：
＊Core work principle: When sensor detects the products through, it returns the signal to the label control systems, then control system controls control motor to send out the labels and affixed on the product in the right position. Products flow through the label pressing device, label is covered on the products, then completes the labeling action.
＊Operation procedure: Put the product (on line)-> product delivery (device achieves automatically)-> labeling (device achieves automatically)-> collection of labeling products.

★Configure 2 label pressing device , first ensure labeling accuracy, second applying roller system, effectively eliminate air bubbles and guarantee label sides close with bottles tightly.
★No bottle no labeling, automatic correction for no tag and automatic test function for label, and avoid waste of labels and labeling missing.
★Strong and healthy, made of stainless steel and high quality alloy, meet the standard with GMP production specifications, reasonable structure, elegant
