8)Quality Control:

(1)Production manager arrange the production task. Inspector control the quality. 

 The workers get the “daily production and quality record” and products drawing from workshop manager.   Then get the products from warehouse keeper. 

(2) After getting the products, the worker look over the drawing, and make first product then give this  product to inspector. When inspector confirm the product is qualified, he will give “certificate of first product  inspection” to worker

(3)Then worker make volume production. The worker will inspect and check the products every hour, and do the records timely, finish the production task with good quality. The inspector will also check the products every hour
