1.Production Description

6000L 60HL 50BBL Stainless steel double wall glycol jacketed top manway conical fermenter brewing supplies is specially designed for industrial or commercial brewery. It can be widely used in the brewing of various craft beer types, such as LAGER, ALE, PILSEN, etc. The tank has a cone-bottom cylindrical shape, also called cone tank. The fermentation tank has its own cooling device, which can easily control the fermentation temperature. The bottom of the tank is designed as a cone, which is very convenient for yeast recovery and cleaning. A rotating cleaning ball is installed inside the tank top, which is connected with the CIP cleaning system to clean the inner wall of the tank at 360 degrees, ensuring hygiene and safety in production.

The 6000L fermentor can usually be matched with 6000L or 3000L per batch brewhouse, and 4-20 set can be configured according to the fermentation cycle and output requirements of different beer types.
