1. The bed is made of high-quality castings (HT300) for one-time casting, and after secondary aging treatment, it has strong stability, good rigidity and strong seismic resistance.


2. The guide rail surface is subjected to high frequency quenching (Rockwell hardness can reach HRC55 or higher). The imported guide rail grinding machine is used for precision grinding to ensure long life, high accuracy and good retention of the guide rail surface.


3. The headstock of the spindle head is completed by one-time molding of the imported horizontal boring and milling machining center. The spindle has high concentricity, strong structural rigidity, and can adapt to heavy cutting. Can be recut and finished.

Casting——Electric furnace/spectrum analyzer/normal furnace/shot blasting machine/sand-cleaning machine/casting natural aging


Casting making: Electric furnace resin sand casting, spectrum analyzer to test the casting elements, uniform casting without loose, trachoma, long life and not easily deformed! Normalizing - Natural aging - Vibration aging - High-frequency quenching.


Precision Machining——Horizontal boring and milling machining center/Taiwan MICROCUT/CMM/boring and milling machine/guideway precision grinding machine/processing workshop picture.


Casting processing:  Three cases were processed using imported MICROCUT machine center (5.4 million). Other small parts were completed by machining centers and CNC lathes, some of the detection are using three coordinate.

5.The reason why using the original mechanical transmission is to make sure that the main motor can also play on the maximum torque when the equipment runs at a low speed . If we just do the frequency conversion, it will getthe lathe stuck and damage the work piece.


6.In order to make sure the accuracy, the equipment will firstly tested by the laser interferometerimported from Britain to testrepeated positioning accuracy of X, Z direction. Product structure and component advantages


The bed :The bed adopts a cast integral bed. Factory casting.The internal ribs have a reasonable layout and high rigidity.The guide rail adopts intermediate frequency quenching and grinding technology, and the anti-crawling guide plate technology is adopted at the sliding guide surface. The dynamic characteristics such as friction damping coefficient are in the best state to avoid the occurrence of low-speed crawling.Natural aging, effectively maintains rigidity and avoids deformation during use.


 Spindle:The headstock adopts a symmetrical structure, which makes the thermal deformation uniform and avoids the offset of the center of the spindle.In order to reduce thermal deformation, the headstock is lubricated by oil bath circulation.The main shaft bearing of the machine tool is selected from domestic nameplate products (Luo shaft, pad shaft). The front and rear spindle bearings are supported by high-precision tapered roller bearings to increase rigidity and accuracy.The gears in the main shaft box are quenched and ground to ensure accurate transmission, low noise and long life.The carefully assembled spindle has the characteristics of low temperature rise, small thermal deformation, low noise, and high precision, which keeps the accuracy of the spindle relatively stable during long-term work.

Strict Quality Control Means and Product's Advantages


Apply advanced testing equipment to processes to realize precision testing and ensure final performance and quality of products.


Using electric furnace smelting and resin sand sculpting casting technology to effectively avoid defects such as sand holes and air holes in the castings. The ingredients are analyzed by imported spectrum analyzer to ensure the quality of the castings. The castings are treated with secondary thermal aging and have good stability.


It adopts an overall floor type bed with wide bed rails and good rigidity. The guide rails are subjected to high frequency quenching. The SD guide rails have SD composite soft tapes that are wear resistant and reduce the friction coefficient. The screw is integral (non-docking). The saddle is widened and thickened, the operation is more stable, and the cutting ability is improved.


The three boxes of the machine tool are precisely machined by the CNC boring and milling machining center imported from Taiwan. The machining of other workpieces are completed by the CNC machine tool and the machining center, which effectively ensures the accuracy of the box and the workpiece.


The accuracy test of the equipment is firstly conducted by a Renishaw laser interferometer imported from the United Kingdom to detect the repeated positioning accuracy of the X and Z directions of the equipment. Finally, the overall inspection and acceptance of the equipment in accordance with the corporate standard is performed, which effectively ensures the accuracy of the machine tool.
