Q1: When will you ship the goods and how long will I receive it?
A1:dear,we will send goods to express warehouse in 3days after payment. and warehouse takes2-3days(checking shoes, arrange delivery,now all express are very busy,and we have to wait until our turn), we use UPS/Fedex the delivery time is 3-7working days. now it taks about 10-14days you can get items after payment. and we will updates you the state of packege.(if you want more faster delivery, we can use FEDEX IP, it is about 7days. cost is 1.5-2time than now we use)
Q2: Do your size run small? What is the corresponding US size?
A2: Please refer to the size chart for product details. 35-43 Chinese size shoes are one size smaller.
Q3: How many colors do you have? Is it in stock?
A3: For the color, please refer to the color options popped up by START ORDER. Generally, orders are available in stock, please consult customer service for details.
