For Sample order :The delivery time for sample order is normally 3-7 working days after full payment received. And samples be sent via DHL, UPS,TNT,Fedex express.
For bulk order : it's about 10~30 working days after deposit received, And shipment by air and by sea normally.

1.Q:What the detection index are include for this air quality monitor?
A: It can measure carbon dioxide,Infrared sensor(NDIR)Temperature and Humidity.
It Suitable for detecting CO2 concentration in industrial,agricultural and residential environments. Control the ventilation system according to the monitored target value (CO2 concentration).
2.Q:Can it connect to wifi?
A: For this model, we have normal version without wifi and wifi version, depend on which version you need, you can contact our sales.
3.Q:What is the standard range for CO2?
A:with traffic light to remind CO2 air quality as below;
Good 400~800PPM;OK 800~1200PPM;Bad 1200~5000PPM
4.Q:How to charge it?
A:By Type-C charging cable. We offer Type-C charging cable and adapter(like US adapter, Europe adapter...) for this model. For other mini CO2 detector models, we normally provide type-C charging cable only. But we also can provide different length of charging cable and extra adapter if customer asked.
5.Q:How about OEM or ODM customized order?
A: Sure, as a professional factory with R&D team, we are able to support many customized requirements as below;
1.Printing or stick logo on Lens or device;
