Do you accept factory visit?
Of course welcome to visit. The nearest airport is Xiamen. Then we will pick you up from the airport.
What is the sample fee and sampe operation?
We charge USD50 to USD200 based on different request. Sample fee is refunded when the order quantity reaches to MOQ 500pcs.
What is the shipping methods and shipping time frame？
We normally ship cargo by express ( DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT), by air, by sea, and by truck. It can be EXW, FOB, or DDP terms. Amazon warehouse FBA service is available from us.
The time frame is various due to different shipping carrier. It takes 7-10 days by express, 10-15 days by air, and 25-35 by sea or truck.
Do you apply logo service
Yes, we can do all kinds of logo you like: silk printing, embordiery, stampe, metal, plastic, rubber and etc. Just send us the design/artwork.
