Instruction about the usage, maintenance and installation of water filling machine
1. If the aerosol filling machine is automatic, the bottle, bottom and cap have to be unified.
2. Before starting the machine, turn round hand shank of the machine in order to observe if the rotation goes in correct status. Don’t start the machine until the verification.
3. For adjusting the machine, it’s necessary to choose appropriate tools. Don’t adopt too huge tools o dismount the accessories with heavy force in order to protect the function of the components and the machine itself.
4. Each time after adjusting the aerosol filling machine, screw well the loosed screw cap. Verify with hand shank if the machine is in good status in order that the machine can start again.
5. Keep clean the machine. Oil stain, medicine stain or glass chips are no allowed appearing on the machine surface in order to protect it from corrosion and damage, and for that
(1) Wipe off in time the medicine liquid and glass chips when the manual aerosol filling machine is running.
(2) Clean different parts of the machine surface every work shifts time and paint lubricant oil in the rotating parts.
(3) Have a general cleaning once a week. Especially sweep or blow with air compressor those parts which are difficult to reach.
