Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

A: We are manufacturing with trading. We have candy toy processing factory in Chaozhou and our office in Shantou.

Q: Can I make small quantity order or mix container?

A: Yes we can.  

Q: Do you provide samples?

A: Yes we provide free cost of sample but the courier charge shall be pay by new customer. For old customer we provide free sample and courier cost.

Q: What is your delivery time if I place an order?

A: Normally it will be 20 to 25days upon confirmation for a new production order. If customer buy a stock product, it will be 3 to 5days.

Q: If I order from you and found the quality is not good, so what to do?

A: We will confirm the packing, quality and price with customer before order, and we have professional QC team to make sure the quality same as customer requirement to avoid the problem. If prove to be our problem, we will discuss with customer for a resolution.
