Hank Yarn Dyeing Machine

MACHINE DESCRIPTION 

The machine is used especially for % 100 wool, % 100 acrylic, mercerized, cotton, and viscose, angora, cashmere and etc type yarns. Machine works between 0,4 bar at 110 °C. 

Machine dyes the hanks under air pad system with circulation pump.

By means of air pad system the machine can dye half capacity with proper carriers.

Machine has separate stainless steel cooling and heating exchangers.

The turbo pump designed for effective circulation. 

The covers (lock) closed by pneumatic piston. 

The carriers are stainless steel made and designed for working full capacity. 

There is a sample unit on machine to follow the dying process. 

The dyeing process (pump, flow rate, pneumatic valves) controlled with full automatic PLC controlled panel. 

MAIN TANK

Main tank consists of two parts:

• Double block cabin, it designed as carrying two movable carriers. 6 mm stainless sheet material will be used. 

Inner liquor circulation 

• For proper and best circulation parallel perforated sheets, delivery pipes.

• For fast heating and cooling two exchangers. (one for each cabin)

• Two pieces circulation pump.

• The pump is activated by AC electric motor.

• HT Sample unit in main body. 

For the functions below all pneumatic valves are stainless steel made:

• High temperature safety valve.

• Machine take water valve

• Main tank discharge valve

• Overflow and rinse valve

• Pressure and pressure adjustment valves. 

The equipments assembled on main tank:

• AISI 316 thermometer and manometer panel.

• One piece manometer

• Pressure control is done by means of pressure transmitter. 

PNEUMATIC OPETARION FOR OPEN AND CLOSE THE DOOR OF THE MACHINE AND LOCK SYSTEM:

This system supplies these facilities:

1. Closing dyeing cabin and lock the door.

2. Opens the doors and locks.

3. Control of all safety conditions before opening the door and lock.

4. Operators only press one button for open and close the door. 

HEATER EXCHANGERS OUTER CONNECTIONS 

Stainless steel material in manifold pipe. 

AIR PAD SYSTEM 

By means of this system even in low temperature it is possible to apply temperature for yarn.

• Pneumatic valve included for giving pressure.

• Pneumatic controlled pressure discharge valve.

The materials are stainless steel. 

INVERTER SYSTEM: 

This system is for step less control for speed of motor. 

• Double way of flow from out to in, in to out.

• For low electricity consumption.

• Arranging increase and decrease power of circulation pump HP

• The system designed for 380 V.
