Features and Advantages

1. The mixing system adopts advanced scraper mixing and frequency converter for speed adjustment, which can meet production of different formula requirement. 

2.   Advanced homogenizer with unique structure and reliable mechnical sealing (Germany Bergmann), and the homogenizer rotation speed can reach 0-3000 rpm (Taiwan’s Delta frequency converter), and the highest shearing fineness can reach 0.2-5μm . 

3. Made of imported three-layer stainless steel, the tank body and the pipes are mirror polished, which fully conforms to GMP standards.

4. The vacuum defoaming can make the materials meet the requirement of being sanitary and aseptic. The vacuum material sucking adopted can avoid dust, especially for feeding the powder products.

5.  According to product formulation requirements, the tank can heat and cool the materials. The heating method mainly include steam or electric heating for customer choice.

6. The emulsifying pot lid can adopt hydraulic lifting system, easy to clean and the cleaning effect is more obvious, with tilting discharge devices.
