SG-360A double roller granulator for mineral inorganic chemical NPK Micronutrient fertilizer
Double roller granulator is the process of using mechanical pressure to compress fine powders into denser "sheets"/"pencils" with subsequent crushing and screening into desired granules of specified size distribution.
Shape and size of final granules aren't uniform due to crushing applied.
Compared with wet granulation, double roller granulator (dry granulation) is more economical and high efficiency to turn powdered material into granular material without drying, binder, water and cooling, etc.
However, for N fertilizer (saying NPK containing Urea) need cooling after compacting for curing to reach stronger sheets / pencils prior to hard crushing.
