KVH1000 is one of our old fashion heaters; We manufactured the first KVH1000 unit in 2003.
It is also a loyal companion to your private garage, which is 200 000Btu, 60kw- one of our medium size heaters.

No smoke-
1.KVH1000 heater can run on all kinds of liquid oil/waste oil with or without impurities, such as waste car oil, soybean oil, diesel oil, etc.
2. You only need to set a room temperature; the heater will work&stop fully automatically.

1.KVH1000's combustion chamber is 100% sealed, which means the burner's fire can't go outsides.

1.The chamber's chimney connector is 100% sealed with asbestos pads and flanges. So there is impossible to smoke leakage indoors.

Work Stage
01. Burner drives fan to work
Power on, switch on the emergency start button. If the fan's temp is lower than the setting, then the burner starts to work.

Burner's working process is oil pump→heating(4 minutes)→fan→ignite→fire.
Fire keeps heating the exchanger inside, the fan's temp rises up. When reaching the set temp, the fan starts to suck in cold air, blow out warm air.
Test result, From plug until the fan starts to function, takes a total of 4 minutes 15 seconds.

02. Fan blows out hot air
Set the room temperature. It needs to be higher than the room's current temp.

Burner starts to work fully automatically-inject fire to the exchanger, cold air in, circulates, hot air out from the window shades.
When the room’s temp reaches the set temp, the burner stops working automatically. When the room's temp drops to the set temp, the burner will be back to work again.

03. Fan protective system
The room's temp continues to rise. When it reaches the set temp, the burner stops working.
While the fan still works, suck in cold air to cool down the heat exchanger.
When the fan's temp drops to the set temp, the blower stops working.
04. Malfunction alarm sound
If the burner is under malfunction, there will come an alarm sound. When this happens, please power off, remove the burner from the chamber, and find the cause.
