Warranty Policy

All products sold by EKAA Technology Co., Ltd are covered by 12 months (standard) warranty. 2-5 years warranty is available according to the product.

Within warranty period, if under the usage of instruction sheet, any product broken or damaged, we will offer the repair components for free and one-way shipment for free. And the damaged parts would be required to ship back to EKAA.

We continue to provide lifelong maintenance technical services with charged components over the warranty.

The warranty time is started from the date of the products released from the manufacturer. We accept negotiations on any special circumstances.

Within the warranty period, certain maintenance costs will be charged:

• The malfunction and damaged caused by incorrect use, unauthorized repairs and alteration.


• The damage caused by fire, flood, abnormal voltage, other natural disasters and secondary product damage.


• The product malfunction caused by the fall and transportation failures after purchase, there could be a negotiation before signing the cargo but not accepted after signed.


• The malfunction and damage caused by the other barriers/ man-made factors or external device.
