Q1. How to order?
1. If you want to order standard crafts, pls tell us item codes, quantity, colors etc.
If you want to order customized crafts, pls contact us for discussion.
2. We’ll send you proforma invoice, and you can pay through Alibaba or directly to our bank.
3. We’ll arrange production as soon as we receive the advance payment agreed upon.
4. Shipping on time and send you shipping documents.
Q2: Could you offer samples for testing our market first?
Yes, sample order is welcomed.
Q3: What is the lead time of samples and normal orders?
Samples will be shipped out to you within 5-10 working days according to our stock status.
For small orders, about 20-25 working days.
Q4: What kind of payment terms do you accept?
Samples: 100% T/T or the credit card via Alibaba.
Bulk order: 50% T/T in advance, 50% before shipment.
Q5: Are the materials safe? Any test for them?
Yes, they are. The raw materials we use meet industry standards. We can cooperate with you to do tests and provide reports.
