Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order for our stock samples to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Stock Sample : 1-3days, mass production time needs 5-7 days
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for your products ?
A: For our stock products there has no MOQ limit, but for OEM products, the MOQ is 100-500pcs.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive ?
A: For sample shipping is about 3-5 working days or 7-9 working days. We can provide various Shipping ways to our customers, air shipping, sea shipping and railway transportation.
Q5. How long for the lead time?
A: Our common lead time is about 3-5 days, for the OEM order, our lead time is about 7-9 working days.
Q6. Is it available to print my logo on the products ?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly. We will provide some pictures to our customer to confirm before mass printing.

A: Yes, we accept it. Sample and mass order both accept.
