Product Description
Nanolex #1000 Super Duty Rubbing Compound is one of the most aggressive compound that works to remove P1000 sand scratches on all types of paint surfaces. As a highly effective sanding polish for automotive clear coats, #1000 compounds can remove over-spray, severe signs of use and sanding marks effectively and reliably. Maintaining a high rate of cut with constant pressure, this heavy cutting compound remains wet on the job and produces little messes.

Application Instructions
→Clean demanding car surface thoroughly.
→ Shake the bottle prior to use and apply a small quantity of the product onto the polishing pad
(A pea-sized drop is sufficient for an area measuring approx. 40 * 40 cm)
→ Use the cut foam pad W7007 for polishing. If using a new or dry pad, apply sufficient polish to prevent the formation of
noticeable holograms.
→ Use either a rotary or an orbital polishing machine with cross-coating method. Apply light pressure at the start of the
polishing process. Take away the pressure in the final cycles and increase the speed of the polishing machine.
→ If working on very dry coatings, soak the pad, spin off excess water so as to prevent dust formation.
→ In the beginning, the polish will seem a little milky and should be worked in until only a slightly transparent/oily film is
visible.
→ Once you have finished polishing, remove any residue with microfiber towel gently.
→ For exceptional glossy finish and better surface protection, applying 908 Ultra Seal if necessary.
