This waste sorting line is very widely using for garbage separating and recycling production line. It can sorting municipal household waste/ construction waste/landfill waste etc. The finished organic material can be processed into different end-uses of organic fertilizer.
Production Description of waste management machinery MSW Sorting Line
1. The garbage is transported to the plate conveyor by the forklift, and the uniform and orderly distribution of the garbage is transported to the manual sorting station.
2. It is conveyed to the trommel screening machine. The trommel screening machine divides the garbage into two kinds of materials above 50mm and below 50mm.
3.Organic waste discharge conveyor with de-iron separator, which can sort out the magnetic materials.
4.Air separator machine: Sorting out light materials and heavy materials. The light materials move forward to the sorting table. Heavy materials directly drop down the conveyor.
5.The plastic will be packed by a baler machine; the heavy material will be directly sent to outside for landfill or be crushed to make bricks; we can pick out the useful material from the mixture material, then recycle them.
