What should I do if nothing happens after plugging the translator in?
Answer:
Please manually turn on the bluetooth/OTG in the phone settings. If your phone protective case is greater than 0.8mm, please remove it when you use ZERO Translator. You could also shut down the app on the backend of your device or restart your device and try again. Please make sure your device is compatible. If the issues remains, please let us know.
