Q1: Do you offer free samples service?
Yes, we can offer free samples to you for test the quality, but you bear the shipping cost and duty fee

30% TT in advance, Balance against the Invoice and packing list
Q5: What's your Warranty terms?
1.- If the item is defective upon receipt, You should return them back within 7days from the date of receipt for exchange a new one (Buyer should return all original and undamaged items under re-saleable condition).
2.- Once we get the returned items, we will send the replaced ones back as soon as possible.
3.- Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or
under un-normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the parts
