Working principle

Rotary belt condensation granulator is using low melting point characteristic of the material (50 ℃ to 300 ℃) 
Molten material through the special distributing device . Then distributing it on moving steel belt .  Use the cooling device which at the bottom of steel belt  . Then make the material condensation , solidification . granulation

1. Granulator size can be choose between 4mm -12mm . Shapes can make granule, strip and flake
