Pattern acrylic solid surface production line includes acrylic resin making system, mixing system, casting system, transport system, and sanding & polishing system.
There are two big power mixing tank, frequency changer controls the motor speed. The tanks through special process, mix material quickly and no different color.
The casting machine use the vacuum pump which through special process is suited for solid surface resin’s component. It is durable and working everlasting, keep the vacuum, and the reagent pump made of the special alloy, void corrode by reagent. The screw made of special alloy too, and through special process, it is durable and corrosion resistant.
There are two transport line, one is special material belt developed form JINLU, another is steel belt.
You can fix one or more set sanding machines.
