API 5CT standard downhole tool oil well string tubing anchor

Basic information

Tubing anchor is a downhole, packer-like device run in a string of tubing that clamps against the wall of the casing. The tubing anchor prevents the "breathing" of the tubing, the cyclic up and down movement of the lower section of tubing as the well is pumped by a rod pump. 

1. Characteristics: (1)effectively anchoring the tubing string on the wall of well during the PC pump operation.

                            (2)When the anchoring is no need it is easy release the anchoring condition.
2. Specification: API 5CT 2-3/8” to 4-1/2”
3.Connecting thread type: EUE, NUE

Feature:

1. Safely and firmly set in all type of casing, including premium grades.

2. Bi-directional slip anchoring, which improved the ability of pressure difference resistance between upper and lower pressure

3. Hydrostatic setting, straight pull releasing, suitable for all kinds wells (vertical Wells, deviated well and horizontal well)

4. Bore diameter could satisfy the requirements of different kind wells.
