DYY-8MG
1.1. Wax-free cylinder is adopted to shorten the production process of precision casting. There is no need to stand for 24 hours
through the wax incubator.
1.2. Three-layer wax tube cooler, heating or cooling by heat medium oil, wax temperature control, reliable performance. The
temperature error is controlled within ±0.5ºC and the shrinkage rate is controlled within 0.5%.
1.3. The nozzle is adjustable, which can be adjusted with the mould up, down, left, right and back.
1.4. Wax flow pressure and flow are controlled separately. It can realize the secondary supercharging, so as to effectively
prevent the wax mold shrinkage, the wax quality is better.
1.5. Hydraulic components and electrical components are imported, stable and reliable performance, high cost performance.
1.6. According to customer requirements, the machine can achieve automatic timely control of temperature, pressure and flow.
